ScriptForge ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service at app.scriptforgepr.app and scriptforgepr.app. By using ScriptForge, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

When you sign in with Discord, we collect: • Your Discord username and display name • Your Discord email address • Your Discord avatar/profile picture • Your Discord user ID When you use the service, we collect: • Messages and prompts you send to the AI assistant • Usage data (number of messages sent, timestamps) • Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe) • Log data and IP addresses for security purposes

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and improve ScriptForge • Process your subscription payments through Stripe • Enforce usage limits based on your plan • Send important account and service notifications • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse • Comply with legal obligations We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. We do NOT use your data to train AI models.

ScriptForge uses Anthropic's Claude AI to process your messages and generate responses. When you send a message: • Your message content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing • Anthropic processes this data according to their Privacy Policy (anthropic.com/privacy) • We do not store your conversation history on our servers beyond the active session • Anthropic may retain data according to their own retention policies We recommend not sharing sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential business data in your messages.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. When you subscribe: • Stripe collects and processes your payment information • We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status • We store your Stripe Customer ID to manage your subscription Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

We use Discord's OAuth2 system for authentication. When you sign in with Discord: • We request access to your basic profile information (username, email, avatar) • We do not access your Discord messages, servers, or any other Discord data • You can revoke ScriptForge's access to your Discord account at any time through Discord's Authorized Apps settings Discord's privacy policy is available at discord.com/privacy.

Your data is stored in Supabase (supabase.com), a secure cloud database provider hosted on AWS infrastructure in the US East region. We implement industry-standard security measures including: • Row Level Security (RLS) — you can only access your own data • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transfers • Authentication tokens for API access • Regular security updates However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@scriptforgepr.app. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

ScriptForge uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. These are necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

ScriptForge is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ScriptForge after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
