By accessing or using ScriptForge ("the Service") at app.scriptforgepr.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. ScriptForge is operated by LuaMonster / ScriptForge PR ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms apply to all users of the Service.

ScriptForge is an AI-powered development assistant designed for FiveM server owners and developers. The Service provides: • AI-assisted script generation (Lua, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, HTML) • Error troubleshooting and debugging assistance • Documentation analysis and integration help • Server optimization recommendations The Service is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI and is intended for legitimate FiveM server development purposes only.

To use ScriptForge, you must sign in using a Discord account. By signing in, you represent that: • You are at least 13 years of age • Your Discord account is legitimately owned by you • All information associated with your account is accurate • You will maintain the security of your account You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

ScriptForge offers the following plans: • Free Plan: 20 messages per day, no charge • Pro Plan: 500 messages per month at $12.99/month • Studio Plan: 1,500 messages per month at $34.99/month Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Upon cancellation: • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period • No partial refunds are issued for unused time • Your account reverts to the Free plan after cancellation Refund Policy: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service does not function as described. Refund requests after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support@scriptforgepr.app.

You agree to use ScriptForge only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the Service to: • Generate scripts designed to harm, exploit, or cheat other players • Create malicious code, backdoors, or exploits • Bypass or circumvent FiveM's or Cfx.re's terms of service • Attempt to decrypt, decompile, or bypass Tebex/Escrow protections • Generate content that violates any applicable law • Harass, abuse, or harm any individual • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system • Use the Service for any commercial purpose beyond FiveM server development without written permission Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Code and scripts generated by ScriptForge using AI are provided for your use. You own the code you generate through the Service. ScriptForge's interface, branding, and proprietary systems are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform without permission. The underlying AI model is provided by Anthropic and subject to their terms of use.

ScriptForge uses AI to generate code and provide assistance. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated code may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities • You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deploying it to your server • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content • Always test scripts in a development environment before production use ScriptForge is a development assistant, not a substitute for professional software development expertise.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to: • Scheduled maintenance • Third-party service outages (Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe) • Technical issues beyond our control We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRIPTFORGE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: • Loss of profits or revenue • Loss of data • Server downtime or bans • Damage to your FiveM server or resources • Any damages resulting from use of AI-generated code OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.

ScriptForge integrates with third-party services including: • Anthropic (AI processing) — anthropic.com/terms • Discord (authentication) — discord.com/terms • Stripe (payments) — stripe.com/legal • Supabase (database) — supabase.com/terms • Vercel (hosting) — vercel.com/legal Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
